Order Process

Create an account or log in as a guest.

Once you find the item you like, click Add to Cart.

Review the item/s on your cart then complete the needed shipping details.

Select the payment method. Afterward, click Confirm Order.
Once done, you'll receive an email confirmation that you have completed placing an order.
The available payment methods are:
- Credit/Debit/Maya/GCASH via PayMongo
- Cash on Delivery

NSwim PH is the official distributor of Nike Swim products in the Philippines. All items purchased from our website are guaranteed original and brand new.
We offer a diverse category of swimwear designed specifically for the activity you have in mind.

- Explore: This collection is a perfect fit for adventure and outdoor activities having its signature mesh, trims, and detailed pockets.
- Icon: This collection prioritizes style, providing less coverage and higher leg for a bolder look.
- Essentials: Create your own style with this mix-and-match type of collection.
Returns and Exchanges
We allow exchanges once, within 30 days except for non-returnable items.
- Items eligible for return/exchange must be:
-unused
-in original condition
-with complete tags and accessories
-with original packaging
-with receipt or proof of purchase
-not marked as Non-Returnable (as seen on the product page) - Send your request to nswim.ph@top-inc.com along with the details of your preferred replacement item.
- The item for return/exchange can be replaced with an item of equal or lesser value. If replacement item is of a higher amount, customer is to settle the difference. Please note that customer shoulders related shipping fees.
- Once confirmed, you will receive an email requesting to ship back the original item. Returns and exchanges will only be processed through the e-commerce site and cannot be returned to any of our affiliated stores.
- When shipping out the item for return, please make sure that it is securely packed. Your request will not be processed if the items returned are damaged.
- Upon receipt of returned item in good condition, the replacement item will be shipped to the customer.
Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations. You may check the product description to determine whether it can be returned or not.
Please note that we cancel orders due to the following reasons:
- Out-of-stock - there are some instances where orders are being tagged as out of stock due to damage or inventory system error.
- Return to sender (RTS) - if the courier wasn't able to contact you after three failed delivery attempts, the courier will return your order to us.
- Series of unpaid orders - after three consecutive unpaid orders, you will no longer be able to use Cash on Delivery as mode of payment.

We do not allow refunds for paid orders except for damaged, out-of-stock, and wrong deliveries. Kindly read our Refund Policy for more details.
Shipping
Tracking numbers will be sent via email and SMS once we turn them over to our courier.

- Metro Manila - 3 to 5 business days
- Luzon - 5 to 10 business days
- VizMin and Islander areas - 10 to 15 business days
