Refund policy

Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that you can only process exchanges once and all costs will be shouldered by the buyer unless it involves a damaged product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must not be under non-returnable items, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with complete tags/accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at nswim.ph@top-inc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a request or visiting our affiliated store to return your items will not be accommodated. Once you have settled everything, we can proceed with shipping out your new item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 business days if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We only allow refunds for damaged items, out-of-stock, and wrong deliveries. For a change of mind, return and exchange is the only option (ex. wrong size ordered). Please email us at nswim.ph@top-inc.com to start a refund request. We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded based on the payment method used within the following time frames:

  • Debit/Credit Card: Up to 3 business days for us to process your refund and up to 30 business days for it to reflect on your account.
  • Gcash/Maya: Up to 3 business days for us to process your refund and will reflect within 24 hours.
  • Cash on Delivery: Up to 3 business days for us to process your refund and up to 5 business days for it to reflect on your account.
